There are some health issues that need specialists. Below are a few that I recommend:

Ann Boroch’s  “The Candida Cure” http://www.annboroch.com/

Terry Wahls  “The Wahls Protocol” http://terrywahls.com/

Sheva Carr’s “Stopping Emotional Eating” http://heartmathstore.com/category/emWave_Pgms/stop-emotional-eating

(1) Limiting your intake of high glycemic index (GI) foods with low and moderate GI foods is the first step to starting a low glycemic plan.  Low GI foods only cause a gradual rise in glucose and limit spikes in insulin.

(2) 30g’s for Life is not meant to serve as a source of clinical guidance and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Persons may consider seeking advice from their health-care providers on healthy weight status and to consider individual circumstances.

BMI Calculator:

Pounds and inches

Formula: weight (lb) / [height (in)]2 x 703

Calculate BMI by dividing weight in pounds (lbs) by height in inches (in) squared and multiplying by a conversion factor of 703.

Example: Weight = 150 lbs, Height = 5’5″ (65″)
Calculation: [150 ÷ (65)
2] x 703 = 24.96
