The ABC’s of 30g’s for Life

A = Aware

Be Aware of your daily sugar intake (Learn the definition of sugar and how to reduce daily consumption)

B = Believe

Believe that reducing sugar intake will improve your lifestyle and health (Very important, believe in yourself and know you can achieve a healthier lifestyle)

C = Commit

Commit to consuming 30g’s or less of sugar per day for Life (Create a plan the you know you can commit to)

Level 1: 30g’s for Life basic membership includes:

  • Learn the concepts of 30g’s for Life
  • Develop a 30g’s for Life plan specific to you
  • Weekly group conference call providing guidance for living the 30g’s for Life program
  • Guidance for establishing metrics to track daily sugar consumption
  • Links to tracking tools/apps
  • Instruction related to using tracking tools and apps
  • Inspiration and motivation to live a healthier lifestyle
  • Accomplishment review at weekly conference call
  • Celebration of your accomplishments
  • Guidance and support for your success
  • Sharing your experience to help others
  • Group support
  • Encouragement
  • Ongoing coaching

Join Level 1 The cost to join is less than a few fast food dinners! For only $25 per month you can get started now on the path to a healthy, happy life!

Level 2: Understanding the glycemic charts and eating for a healthier lifestyle (1)

This is the next level after you are living the 30g’s for Life program basics. 

  • Learn the principles of eating lower glycemic foods
  • Weekly conference call to provide coaching and support
  • Group support and encouragement
  • Coaching on how to prepare a weekly menu with a focus on eating low glycemic foods
  • Guidance for establishing metrics to track daily sugar consumption
  • Links to tracking tools/apps
  • Instruction related to using tracking tools and apps
  • Inspiration and motivation to live a healthier lifestyle
  • Accomplishment review at weekly conference call
  • Celebration of your accomplishments
  • Guidance and support for your success
  • Sharing your experience to help others

Level 3: Physical Strengthening

This level can be added at any time.

Level 4: Food Exclusion

This level is the highest for the 30g’s program. At this level you will start excluding certain food groups such as dairy, gluten and specific foods.
